I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in MN and WI since 2006 and have been supervising mental health practitioners working toward their licensure for over 10 years. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor as well as a MN Board Approved Supervisor for supervisees on the LMFT and LPC/LPCC tracks. In addition to providing supervision toward licensure, as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I have helped other professionals obtain their AAMFT Supervisor status by providing Supervision of Supervision.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors. I enjoy fishing on the St. Croix River with my husband, time at our family cabin in Northern MN, volunteering and fellowship at Church, biking, hiking, skiing, and relaxing with a good book. I also enjoy laughing and spending time with friends and family.

Supervision towards your Professional License
I would like to walk along side you through this journey of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Professional. I have been providing supervision to those seeking a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 10 years.
Individual and Group Supervision
Individual/Dyad Supervision (1 or 2) for LMFT track supervisees
Individual (1 only) for LPC/LPCC track supervisees
Group Supervision (6 or less) which can include a combination of LMFT and LPC/LPCC track supervisees
Supervision can be through video conference or in person, with location negotiable.
Fees
Individual Supervision - $80 per hour
Dyad Supervision - $40 per person per hour
Group Supervision - $25 per hour (up to 6 individuals in a group)
All About Supervision
My approach to supervision is similar to my approach with clients, which is very eclectic. We focus on staffing cases, person of the therapist issues, identifying strengths and empowering the work that you are doing. In addition, as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I will support how you can empower those that are entrusting you for their supervision needs. I will share knowledge and help find answers. I often see myself as a teacher, mentor and administrator along with you in this process.
I tailor my approach to the developmental needs of each supervisee, as each person comes with a unique level of training and experience. We will work together to identify these needs and areas of focus.
I strive to empower my supervisees. Supervision is about helping a therapist develop their skills and learn from their experiences as they work with their clients and those they provide supervision for.
